Gisela Smith obtains the Foreclosure Specialist Certification

With the recent housing crisis of declining values and many families loosing their homes, Gisela set out to get more educated about the new trends happening in the market. After receiving several calls from sellers who had overleveraged themselves on their mortgages, she looked for solutions to assist her clients. Foreclosure is a very serious matter that can result in a multitude of consequences for the borrower.
